BELLY DANCE CLASSES:
Belly Dance Class with Romana at Freestyle Fitness!
HOW TO REGISTER:
You will need to select one of three class plans or class cards from the Freestyle Fitness options (pricing on the Freestyle Fitness website, click above!)
FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS:
Romana recommends a BRONZE class plan that gets you access to one class a week, Monday or Wednesday, depending on YOUR schedule!
For Beginners with some experience, or Intermediate Students, Romana recommends the Silver or Gold class passes so students can attend two or up to all three of Romana’s classes. NOTE, Intermediate Belly Dance is a choreography driven class and students will need 8 weeks prior experience and permission from Romana to take this class.
For intense students, there IS a platinum membership so you can take all the crazy cool classes at Freestyle Fitness!

Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6 PM
All new students must start in the beginner class, unless approved by a staff member, before they may advance to intermediate. Please dress comfortably so that your movements are not restricted. We traditionally dance barefoot, however ballet shoes or soft sneakers are OK, too. No sock feet, please, as things can get slippery. Feel free to bring a hip scarf, there may be some available to use in class.
Intermediate Belly Dance with Romana:
Mondays 7 PM
All new students must start in the beginner class, unless approved by Romana, before they may advance to intermediate. Please dress comfortably so that your movements are not restricted. This class is more choreography-based and will spend less time drilling basic movements. Students may be invited to perform at local events, but there is NO requirement to perform. Please bring sagat and a veil if you have them.
